Loadsafe is a forklift training program designed for employers. The training modules are simple and easy to use, relying on symbols and graphics so that employees can easily understand the material. The material includes required topics contained in the course workbook, driving test outlines and diagrams, and simple, common-sense forms necessary for successful facility compliance with the standard. Requirements29 CFR 1910.178(l) "The employer shall ensure that each powered industrial truck operator is competent to operate a powered industrial truck safely, as demonstrated by the successful completion of the training and evaluation specified...Training shall consist of a combination of formal instruction, practical training, and evaluation of the operator’s performance in the workplace." Formal instruction, practical training and evaluation of operator performance are combined to provide employers with an initial training program that meets compliance needs and delivers necessary skills and information to employees. Upon successful completion of the course, we provide employees with operator’s certificates and wallet cards.
